How does a LOKTRON Buy order work?+
After login, save the USDT address where you want to receive the purchase. Open Buy USDT from the dashboard, enter the INR amount and review the rate and bank account shown for your order. Transfer the INR, upload a payment proof, enter the exact paid amount and UTR/reference number, and submit the order. The order remains visible in your dashboard while it is reviewed. After the payment is verified, USDT is sent to the saved receiving address and the order status is updated.
Why is the USDT address required first?+
Crypto transfers can be irreversible. Requiring the destination first helps prevent an order from reaching payment review without a clearly identified receiving wallet. Users should still verify the correct network and address before every order. A production system should validate address format and display the supported network clearly.
What should payment proof show?+
Proof should contain enough transaction information to help match the bank transfer, such as amount, payment date or time, beneficiary reference and UTR/reference where available. Proof alone does not establish successful payment; the operator should independently verify receipt of funds in the specified bank account.
Can I change my wallet address after payment?+
For safety, the wallet attached to a submitted order should normally remain fixed. If you discover an issue before USDT is sent, use Support immediately and provide the order ID. The order can then be held for manual review. Once a blockchain transfer is sent, it may not be reversible.
What if a bank transfer is delayed or reversed?+
The order should remain under review until the payment can be reliably confirmed. A pending, reversed, returned, duplicated or mismatched payment should not be fulfilled automatically. Users should contact support instead of making repeated payments unless instructed to do so.
